Hi I'm Jack and here's a little bit of information about me.

I first took an interest in boxing when I was nine years old after visiting and taking part in training sessions at Bracebridge boxing club run by head coach Denny Oliver. I later trained and boxed under Pete Dring who had been associated with amateur boxing for many years in Lincoln and his assistant Pete Walsh for the Lincoln City ABC. When the Lincoln city club folded i boxed for the still ABC later to become the Terry Allen unique boxing club situated behind the Shakespeare pub on the Lincoln high street for head coach Carl Fox.

After taking a break from Amateur boxing i continued to train and fight as a kick boxer having several fights for Lincoln kickboxing icon Jez Hall and big Dave walker.

I then returned to amateur boxing having several more fights for the Terry Allen unique boxing club before finishing my fighting days with three white collar bouts for a local promoter.

I have also represented Lock-down MMA in a bout and continue to have personal training sessions with top MMA coach Glen Wright. further to this training i attend krav Maga

( Israeli  self defence ) sessions held at our gym run by Nottingham based coach Robert Knowles Mcnab.

I am now investing my time into to delivering the ABA non contact boxing award program to young people throughout Lincolnshire and Nott's helping to gain interest in the sport and introducing potential boxing  stars to the local clubs.

I also run successful classes for adults and family's including Boxercise and circuits. Personal training sessions for adults are also available. If your a boxer or looking to take part in charity boxing bouts then we also have sessions available for individuals or groups.

Finally i have extensive experience and qualifications working with young people particularly young people who find it difficult to interact and engage in activities and group events. The use of the ABA boxing awards and boxercise have had a positive effect on the young people i have delivered these sessions to and i hope to continue to make a difference  through the use of these projects and the greatest sport in the world boxing.
