Sometimes walking into a busy gym or new surroundings can be difficut particuarly for young people. These 30 minute boxing and fitness sessions are designed to give added confidence to the individual so they can make steps to join group based sessions within other gyms in lincoln, wether it be boxing or another sport .....check out the video
